SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped within the United States.

Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Custom orders and Live Claim orders may require additional processing time because they are made specifically for you. I will let you know during the Live or during order communication if additional time is needed.

Shipping Rate
Standard shipping is a flat $8.00 per order.

Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, most orders should arrive within approximately 5–8 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Cheryl Creates Studio is not responsible for delays or packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact me and I’ll help you determine the next steps.
