RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cheryl Creates Studio, many items are handmade, customized, or created specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of these products, custom orders, Live Claims, and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Premade items are also final sale unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Live Claims & Custom Builds
Once a Live Claim has been purchased and your item has been secured, the claim cannot be canceled or refunded. Any additional upgrades, extensions, charms, or other add-ons discussed during the Live will be added to your final balance before your order is completed.

Please review your selections and special instructions carefully before checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Cheryl Creates Studio within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so I can review the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellations
If you accidentally place an order for a ready-to-ship item, please contact me as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, I may be able to cancel it. Custom orders and Live Claims cannot be canceled once work has begun or the claim has been secured.

Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect due to an error by Cheryl Creates Studio.
